Foundation Programme In Design Thinking

If you’re a registered student under the age of 35 and a current undergrad (in your final year) or postgrad (currently enrolled) or graduated in 2021 to 2022 and looking to enhance your skills to become more competitive in the job market, this is for you.

The Hasso Plattner d-school Afrika* at the University of Cape Town is hosting an interactive online course called Foundation Programme in Design Thinking.

This course will introduce you to the key mindsets and problem-solving methodologies of design thinking. You will also learn how to develop innovative human-centred solutions in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

The next course intake will adopt a hybrid model of working, allowing 30 students to attend classes face-to-face and 10 to attend virtually. The in-person classes will take place at the HPI d-school building at UCT Middle Campus. Should you choose to attend in person, accommodation and travel expenses to and from classes will be at your own cost.

This course will help you:
