It’s not always possible or feasible for the whole organisation to be offline or out of the office at the same time. That’s where our Coaching Programme comes in. As an organisation, you’ll earmark a multi-disciplinary team, and we’ll train them how to become a design thinking coach. They will, in turn, coach internal teams and teach them how to apply a design thinking approach to projects.
