Tobias is an experienced facilitator and agile coach with a high understanding of intercultural work. He trains and coaches companies of all sizes and is an expert and speaker for remote and hybrid work. Furthermore, he has a background as a technical engineer and has worked for 13 years in a medium-sized company, most recently as Head of Product. During this time he has developed, among other products, magnetic sticky notes which are reusable.
