Agnes is the Founder and CEO of MindTheSystem. MindTheSystem offers consultancy and training in complex problem-solving. Its methodology combines futures foresight, systems thinking, human-centred design and cognitive behavioural theory. Agnes spent 20 years of her career in the Singapore Administrative Service, in diverse portfolios from defence, labour policy, community organisation and social welfare, public service innovation, transport and creative industry. Her niche is in transforming organisations through design, and she has a decade of experience in public sector transformation and large-scale systems change.
