Elizabeth Akpan is a User researcher at YUX. She is passionate about using qualitative and quantitative research to enhance the user experience for digital products. Studying Computer Science as her undergraduate degree and taking a Human-Computer Interaction course sparked her interest in user experience and design. She has worked on multi-country UX research projects on the African continent and in various sectors such as open knowledge, fintech and agritech.

She also led the first-ever YUX study on the State of UX research in Africa and is excited about conducting more studies that deepen the conversation on user research and design in Africa.
