Lucille started at the d-school in January 2021 as head of programmes. She is a leader and manager in the tertiary and executive education sector with more than twenty years’ experience. She is passionate about being a behavioural change agent through education and development. Her list of qualifications include a Masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change (University of Reading, Henley Business School, UK), Executive Masters in Business Administration (University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business), Associate in Management Programme (University of Cape Town, Graduate School of Business), National Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management (Cape Peninsula University of Technology).
